Our story
Built for the next stop.
Every trip in my Cessna 180 usually ends in the same question–where can I keep my airplane?

I’m a private pilot with more than 1,000 hours of cross-country flying. I love planning trips with lots of stops across the United States in my Cessna 180. But finding a place where I can safely keep my airplane has always taken more guesswork than I’d like.
I wanted a more reliable way to find hangar space along the route. Something I could use last minute to find a safe overnight stop, wherever I made it to. For me, landing and pulling the plane into the hangar is the cherry on top after a long day. You know everything will be just right by the time you get back in the morning, safe from overnight wind and storms. As an owner of two hangars (one of which is always empty) I love being able to host transient airplanes when I can. The look of gratitude from a fellow pilot is gold!
That’s the idea behind Hangar Today: connect empty hangars with traveling pilots, and make the experience great for both sides. Help pilots find a welcoming place for their airplane, and help owners put available space to good use.
Whether you’re planning your next trip or opening your hangar to someone passing through, thank you!
